Young lady with mass growing from right nostril for 7 years. Surgery required:

1. Radical Maxillectomy

2. Nasal reconstruction

3. Tracheostomy

4. Orbital sling with mesh

5. ORIF palate

6. Temporalis flap

7. Tarsorrhaphy

The result was not perfect but can be improved in the future. Last picture is 4 weeks postop. Patient was very happy as she was considered a pariah before operation.
