We did the following cases:
1. Hemimandibulectomy for recurrent ameloblastoma
2. Total thyroidectomy for giant goiter
3. Total thyroidectomy for toxic goiter
4. Exploratory laparotomy for abdominal pain. The patient had a transverse colon cancer that perforated into the head of the pancreas and metastasized to the right ovary (15 cm) and liver. We did the following for her:
a. TAHBSO
b. Extended right hemicolectomy
c. Cholecystectomy
d. Gastrojejunostomy (to prevent obstruction of the duodenum)
e. Resection of liver metastasis
f. Omentectomy
