Today we worked on the 19 year old boy with the jaw ameloblasttoma, http://earthwidesurgicalfoundation.blogspot.com.ng/2017/01/ameloblastoma.html. The size was truly amazing.
Finally we got the specimen out and closed the wound. Closure required removing quite a bit of stretched out skin.
Three weeks postop!
